My name is Anat Umansky,
I was born in 1962, in Tel Aviv, Israel.
I am a professional writer, popular children's author in my country.
During the last 20 years I have published over 100 children's book titles,(hard cover) and sold, tens thousands of of them in many subjects, that touch many aspects of children's life.
I love to teachbasic skills to kids, through stories, believe that, a good story is the best communication tool with children.
I love to write about children's emotions,
to tell a story that motivates the kids, inspires them, make them think...
to watch how kids develop, grow, mature, learn to deal with emotions, solve problems and overcome obstacles.
I do it by using fascinating stories, adventures, and wisdom of life,
never forget to use humor, hope and faith; I really believe that these are the fundamental stones for creating healthy, happy and strong kids – body and soul.
And yes, I always take into consideration the adult,
who shares the stories with the kids, either by choosing the book,by reading the stories, or just by being there watching the child. My fellows adults, read my stories carefully, there will be always a message for you too.
My best stories are now brought to the English readers with great love.
